If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Little Purple Cow will accept returned items, for store credit only, within 21 days of your purchase. Each item must be returned new, in its original condition. Sale items are non-returnable. All exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. After your return has been processed, you will receive a littlepurplecow.com credit via email. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Any items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

For your protection, please package any item you are returning securely in a hard box with the original receipt and packaging, and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item to be issued your littlepurplecow.com credit (less any shipping costs).

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will issue you a return-shipping label to have your item sent back to us, free of charge. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement.

 

Custom & Bridal Returns

Select items from our Custom and Bridal Collections are not eligible for a refund. However, you may exchange your item for an order of equal or greater value. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange an exchange.

 

International Shipping & Returns

All Little Purple Cow orders shipped internationally will be sent via UPS. UPS guarantees traceable delivery 1-3 business days after leaving Little Purple Cow’s order center.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier, UPS. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you. Little Purple Cow has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Little Purple Cow, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If you decide to refuse any international shipments from Little Purple Cow you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Little Purple Cow. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund, which refund shall only be issued in the event the package is undeliverable or if you as a customer, refuse any international shipment. All other returns will be processed in accordance with the above return policy.
